CareToChina acts as an international medical facilitator connecting patients with accredited hospital networks, lead surgeons, travel logistics providers, and embassy medical visa services. CareToChina does not directly administer medical advice or perform surgical procedures; medical decisions rest solely with your assigned hospital surgical team.
All partner hospitals in the CareToChina network hold active JCI (Joint Commission International) or equivalent national gold-standard accreditations. Surgeons are board-certified with verifiable international surgical track records.
Once your medical evaluation estimate is confirmed and signed, CareToChina guarantees a locked-in cost with zero surprise hospital markups. Initial deposits are held in a secure escrow account and released to the hospital upon patient arrival and admission confirmation.
Cancellations initiated more than 14 business days prior to scheduled hospital admission are eligible for a 100% deposit refund, minus non-refundable embassy visa processing fees where applicable.
Patients are required to provide authentic, up-to-date medical records, lab tests, and pre-existing condition disclosures. CareToChina is not liable for treatment delays resulting from omitted health disclosures.
